Steam Turbine Services
- Check the governing system and services.
- Check and emergency security device, emergency trip throttle and emergency quick closing valve using or not using manipulating seat (Extraction Turbine).
- Check and thrust bearings, main bearings services and measurement clearances.
- Replacing the bearing (if necessary).
- Check the rotor, diaphragm, nozzle block, gland sealing, related parts, measurement clearances and services.
- Check the condition of main stop valve, regulating valve, hydraulic servomotor and pilot valve.
- Check the main oil pumps and oil lubrication for bearing.
- Check the condition of couping turbine side along with cleaning and greasing.
- Check the alignment between turbine and gearbox
- Check the oil and filter condition (change it, if necessary).
- Check the condition of pressure and temperature gauges to measure the steam and oil (replace it, if necessary).
- Check oil cooler tube side, shell side.
- No load test, check over speed and steam turbine vibration.
- Load test, check the vibration of steam turbine.
Generator Services
- Unloose rotor and strator.
- Check winding insulation stator rotor, excitor rotor, stator.
- Clean the windings from ash or oil with electric cleaner/steam cleaning.
- Insulation winding with epoxy/insulation varnish.
- Drying Winding.
- Check bearing clearance and shaft condition on bearing area.
- Replacing the bearing (if necessary).
- Install generator stator and rotor.
- Check the condition of couping generator side along with cleaning and greasing.
- Check the alignment between gearbox and generator.
- Check the condition of pressure and temperature gauges to measure the oil (change it if necessary).
- No load, load test and check the vibration of generator.
Gearbox Services
- Check the condition of Lube Oil System on Gearbox (lubrication for bearing and gear).
- Check the condition bearing, shaft on bearing area and clearance measurement.
- Replacing the bearing (if necessary).
- Check the condition of pinion, bull gear, contact gear and end play.
- Check the condition of couping gearbox side along with cleaning and greasing.
- Check the condition of turning pump.
- Check the alignment between gearbox to turbine and gearbox to generator.
- Check the condition of pressure and temperature gauges to measure the oil (chang it if necessary).
- Running test and check the vibration of gearbox.
